A warm, welcoming home from home on the edge of Sauze d'Oulx, our group of 23 had a wonderful week here over new year. The team led by Lorraine and Charlie (from Neilson ski) could not have been more friendly, helpful, experienced and knowledgable. The chalet has a lovely bar/lounge area with beautiful fire and views across the mountain, the dining room on the lower floor is full of character and again has lovely views. All of the rooms were comfortable and clean although I understand they vary in size/shape/outlook. The food was delicious, fantastic local cuisine and ingredients, and the restaurant was very accommodating of our large group comprising 5 families. I think most of the other comments cover the points about location, about 5 -10 mins walk down to he very pretty village of Jovenceaux, and a steep 15 min climb up to Sauze which has a lovely selection of bars, cafes restaurants and shops. Non-skiers who made the most of the hotel's superb massage therapist, Teuta, plus yoga classes at the nearby Gros Wellness Centre. The skiers of all abilities enjoyed their skiing, including a day across an Montgenevre. Back to the hotel - this really feels like a family run vibe - you get to know the whole team during the course of the week and they really do want to help make your holiday the best it can be. A real find, highly recommended.
