Firstly, before you walk up the massive hill, check in is at Hotel Continental - it would have been nice to be told this before we dragged our bags up the hill. After that, staff were pleasant and helpful. They seemed to have no front desk so if you needed anything you'd have to go down the road and ask there. Breakfast was pleasant but not a great deal of choice. Rooms were modern but on the small side. Great location for Jamaica Beech, the thermal spa and right around the corner from a few very fancy places for dinner. Quite a walk back through the old town to get to the bus stop though.
