I traveled to Italy with my mom and stayed here for the second half of our trip. The location is calm and beautiful. We stayed in the big room with the loft, this was perfect for us, as the person in the loft had privacy and their own space. We also had a huge balcony with gorgous views of the warer. Keep in mind this is a 500 year old building so if you're use to modern hotel rooms you may have to adjust some expectations. I loved the resturant downstairs, it was very convenient, the food was delicous and came out hot hot hot which I loved. I was pleasnly surpised by the picturesque walk to the water, it was a bit of a workout with the stairs but I enjoyed that as I didnt get to workout too much on the trip. There are a few things walkable form the hotel, small market, another resturant, a souvenir shop otherwise you have to take the bus to Sorrento square. The bus comes every 20 minutes and was always there when we needed it but keep in mind, nothing else is walkable, taxis are hard to get here. Overall, I liked it here and would come again!
