Location was excellent, staff were excellent and provided good recommendations for restaurants and tour tips. Can buy discounted island ferry tickets direct from front desk. Parking was hard to find, as the parking across the street was full of daily ferry goers. (Plus daily parking fee). However after several attempts, we did find free parking past the petrol station along the street (cobble stone areas), that could stay for as long as needed. We did not move our car as didn’t want the hassle of finding parking! Book direct with hotel to save commission fee. And say hi to Simon and his family.
