The host made our visit so much easier. The room and bathroom were big and comfortable. We used the bikes available, which made the vacation possible for us. You stay at this B&B because it's near Palmanova, Aquileia, and Grado. Palmanova and Aquileia are within biking distance of the B&B, and probably Grado is as well. So having the bikes is great. At night, it was quiet. The breakfast was standard Continental (maybe too heavy on the cakes and sweets), but the coffee was excellent. Everything went well for us, so I can heartily recommend this B&B.
