Tenuta Le Fornacelle

Perched on the side of Vesuvius at the end of a quaint road, La Fornacelle offers a serene escape with breathtaking views of the sea. This charming hotel, with only four rooms, ensures a peaceful and intimate stay. Each room boasts a stunning sea view, with three of the four featuring balconies. Two rooms are equipped with a double bed and bunk beds, making them perfect for families, while the other two rooms, with just a double bed, offer the best views of the sea. Upon arrival, we were delighted to choose our rooms, adding a personal touch to our stay. The terrace, where we enjoyed breakfast and welcome drinks, provided a stunning vantage point to take in the beauty of the surroundings. The view from our balcony was equally mesmerising. The owners were incredibly friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast. We were treated to a delightful spread of pastries, yogurt, fruit (including fresh figs from the estate!), coffee, tea, and fruit juice. The combination of delicious food and the tranquil ambiance made for a perfect start to our day. La Fornacelle is a hidden gem that offers a unique and tranquil retreat. The stunning views, attentive service, and peaceful atmosphere make it a must-visit for anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Naples. We left feeling refreshed and eager to return.
