What was good

Hotel is conveniently located, what is great is that it is near to a ferry stop (about 4 mins walk), and quiet. Room has a nice themed design. Staff is kind, helpful and friendly.

What was bad

The front door is heavy and therefore hard to open. As there will not be any staff around outside the normal working hours, make sure to inform the hotel when will be your arrival time so that they can instruct you what to do. Hotel is on the 2nd floor and there is no lift. There will not be any room cleaning throughout our stay.
