The manager was very friendly, very helpful. Was a bit tricky to find the place at first but once there everything was fine. Lots of stairs to climb for your room but that's Venice! The place was spotless, other bathrooms were very clean (we used shared bathrooms). One of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in. TV didn't work but we didn't mind so didn't mention it. Great location, easy to walk to everything you need and close to mac Donald's so easy to find your way after using that as your pinpoint! Would come back, no real faults at all. Literally cannot fault at all.
