Camere Fontanavecchia

My sister and I just loved this place in Vernazza. We arrived a few hours later than anticipated due to a train cancellation, but Annamaria was very good at communicating with me and understanding the situation. Once we did arrive, Barbara showed us our room which was delightful! The location is away from the main part of town, just up the hill past the police station, about 2min from the train station. It's across the street from the best restaurant, La Pirata, and near a trailhead for hiking. The location is superb and so is this place! Everything was perfect! There was a misunderstanding about my booking three nights, but Annamaria made it right by letting us stay in the apartment in town for our last night! What an awesome experience! Staying in an apartment made us feel like true members of the community! It was wonderful! Camere Fontanavecchia is in a great location. I highly recommend it for its location, for the great communication with Annamaria, and for the price. It's very quiet at night, and close enough to the train station to catch the train. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Vernazza, but as my sister said, the stay was just too short! I agree! We could've stayed in Vernazza a month, and it wouldn't have been long enough. Thank you to Annamaria for giving us a great place to stay for our first visit to Vernazza!
