What a delightful place.The owner, Alessandro  is super friendly and very creative, Each room is different, every angle has something interesting to look at.  We even had use of the kitchen so we made a dinner and ate in the courtyard with views of the lake.  We highly recommend this b and b for anyone staying in the area, You will love it.

A delightful place to stay, the owner has done the accomodation to a high standard, very unusual decor and very comfortable. Breakfast is buffet style and very generous, a superb garden area for dinner and/or drinks and our dog loved it! Viverone is a super base and settign with lake and mountain backdrop. Plenty to do lakeside walking and exploring.

Friendly owner that made the B&B really special. The rooms are really nice and you can feel the history. All rooms are unique and have something special about them. Some have great woodcraft in them, other have an old stove/heater that you would only find in picturesque old houses.

Breakfast is good and there is enough choice for everybody. Typical bread, meat and honey, cheese. There is also muesli available and typical Italian cookies.

The owner Alessandro is really friendly and is responsible for all the nice wood carving and the great pen drawings that are around the house. He really knows the history of the house and the country.

The B & B is tucked away on the pilgrim route to Rome, It has amazing views from the garden and is close to the lake. The people of the town are extremely friendly as is the host Alessandro who has restored the old building into a stunning work of art as well as a B&B. The use of recycled wood carved into furniture throughout is not only ingenious but beautiful too. Having a fantastic breakfast in the garden was an amazing end our stay. I cannot wait to return and explore more of the old town, take part in the watersports on offer at the lake and of course stay in B&B La locanda di Sant'Antonio Abate.

Set up in the quiet streets of an old town just next to the lake, this b&b was a rare find. The host Alessandro has lovingly restored this old historical building with the addition of his own artistic flare so take a camera as you won't be disappointed!  The walls are adorned with his own artwork and everywhere you look you will find the small finishing touches and attention to detail that set this place apart from the rest.
The house was spotlessly clean and the beds were very comfortable.  Outside, there is a garden with covered area where you can sit and take in the view or eat your breakfast 'al fresco' as we did.  The breakfast was incredible and you will not come away hungry.  Alessandro (who speaks English) was extremely helpful in giving us advice on places of interest to visit in the area and we are already planning our next visit!
