I stayed 3 nights in Shibuya in early January. The hotel is located near Shibuya Station, making it easily accessible from Narita Airport by NEX. It is very easy to come and go by train. The hotel has direct access to Shibuya Station and Shibuya Sky. Check in and check out was quick and easy. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The lobby is well equipped with complimentary coffee and ice makers. All amenities are available in lobby. There is a vending machine and laundry machine by coin which can be exchanged at reception. Luggage scales are available in lobby to ensure that luggage does not exceed capacity. The room is quite spacious for a Japanese hotel. It is very clean and modern, equipped with a portable air purifier. The bathroom is spotless. Sleepwear and slippers are provided for comfort. Will stay again if I back to Tokyo.
