The hotel is nice and clean, and the staff is very helpful. We sent an email before our arrival to let them know we were expecting some luggage, and they gladly held it for us until check-in. Towels were changed daily, and housekeeping service was provided every three days. Bottled water is available in the lobby for ¥50, which is cheaper than buying it from vending machines or convenience stores. While there are no vending machines in the hotel, there is a Lawson right on the corner. The hotel is just a few steps from Hatchobori Station, only one stop from Tokyo Station, and on the same line that goes to Tokyo DisneySea and Tokyo Disneyland, making it very convenient if you plan to visit the Disney parks. Breakfast is available for ¥1,500, although we did not try it. It was nice to know the option was there. I would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Tokyo. While it is not located in areas like Shibuya or Asakusa, it is very easy to reach those neighborhoods while enjoying a quieter and less crowded area.
