Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 22:00. In case of late check-in, guests have the option of walking up to the hotel during night skiing at the resort.
Days of night skiing need to be clarified further. On night ski days, the cable car from the Medeu station to Combi 2, where the hotel is located, will operate from 06:30 PM to 10:30 PM. This means that the ascent from Medeu stations must begin no later than 21:00, since the road from Medeu stations to the hotel takes 1 hour. The route on the cable car is as follows: Medeu, then Shymbulak, then Kombi 1 and the final station Kombi 2. Also, electric taxis cost KZT 4000.00 one way between the Medeu and Shymbulak stations.
QR tickets for the cable car are sent to the guest on the day of arrival via WhatsApp. Guests receive full information a day earlier also via WhatsApp. Guests must contact the hotel in advance or provide contact information in advance.
The hotel is located at an altitude of 3200 meters, guests are advised to carry a tablet against altitude sickness and aspirin just in case. |
