An amazing stay in a lovely hotel. Check in was smooth and quick with friendly staff even upgrading us to a suite which was a lovely surprise. We were even offered complimentary breakfast as we arrived quite early - and our room was ready before the 3pm check in time! Prem was really pleasant to deal with. Helped us a lot and generally very friendly. All staff we came across were so friendly and helpful, breakfast staff were so pleasant. We had a private plunge pool room booked. Our concern was that they weren't too private, so when we mentioned this we were given a private and discrete room with staff doing all they could to accomodate. Spa was amazing, the best massage I've had from Aila (I hope I got the name right). A highly professional massage therapist providing a really high standard of service. I cant say enough about how wonderful our stay was here, the staff made this an awesome stay. Only thing to say is that the building probably needs a lick of paint and some DIY! Would love to return.
