We stayed for four nights for the Grand Prix. Friendly, helpful staff, clean, large rooms, great breakfast included - fruit, yoghurt, eggs, a meat dish, beans and rice, a real spread that made lunch unnecessary. It's the kind of hotel a Mexican business traveller would use. Our room was on an interior courtyard and was quiet. Wifi was adequate, but not blindingly fast if you hoped to do heavy duty computing. The neighbourhood is a commercial district, and there are lots of food stands for cheap and delicious meals. It felt quite safe and there is a police station on the block. The hotel is one-half block from the Chabacano Metro stop, a hub station. It's four stops - about 10 minutes - to the Zocalo and Centro Historico and you can get almost anywhere. We paid about $37US.
