84 reviewsWe had only one night to visit San Miguel and decided to book this place not only for the 5 star rating but all the positive reviews. First of all location! location! It is truly in the heart of San Miguel’s beautiful city center. All the rooftops, amazing courtyards and picturesque cathedrals are steps away. We stayed in the King Superior Suite and it was spacious, clean, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Parking was valet and best of all free!!! Staff was super polite and courteous. Yes there are larger hotels outside of downtown with more amenities like pools, etc But if you are just looking for super lux place to rest after a long day of exploring, this place is just right. And the rooftop view is amazing. Only one slight bit of advice to the cleaning crew, the landing before the stairway was full of laundry bags and cleaning supplies during our stay I really think it would be better to stash store them elsewhere, kind of an eyesore. Other than that we loved it!!!!
