This property was great. The staff were friendly and helpful, it is situated in a cool old building and the location can't be beat- right in the heart of the old town. I would highly recommend this property to anyone travelling to Kotor and I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was extremely friendly, great communication. The room itself was very clean and very cute. The location was incredible and authentic! Wish I could have stayed longer

The hotel is situated right in the old town. Ideal spot for wandering around, and also trekking up the hill. The staff are very friendly. Even though they are not there all the time,  they do give you a contact number. In our room the only let down was the shower head which wouldnt stay upright.

Host was especially accommodating and helpful

Amazing location,  good communicating,  would highly recommend!  We did need to climb 3 floors to the room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our appartment at the Winehouse.  The location in the heart of the old town was perfect.  The appartment was charming, decorated tastefully  and oozing with rustic charm.   Mert, could not have been more helpful and was a  charming  host.

We did a returb bus trip from Dubrovnik to Montenagro.  The scenery was out of this world . 

I was really surprised at the quality of the apartment in Kotor. It's was spotlessly clean and finished to a really good standard.
The location itself is perfect and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, being eager to help with your entire stay, not just the apartment.

Matt the manager was available and gracious and especially helpful with programing a tv program. The cafe downstairs was a lovely compliment to the apartment, friendly and supportive.

The Apartments Wine House are in Old Town, Kotor, near the North Gate. The entry to the apartments is actually in the 6th narrowest street in Europe. 
The host Antonio was very good, he communicated well through booking.com and was easy to deal with in person, he spoke excellent English. 
The room was very good, it was; clean, well presented, it had a fridge, aircon, sink, kettle, and a small kitchen. The bathroom was small and a little cramped. The location is near bars and restaurants, but I had no problems with noise in my room. 
Overall a great, well priced, place to stay in Kotor.

Lovely apartment in Old Town

This house was built in the 12th Century as a wine and olive oil warehouse.
Truly amazing to live with so much history around us. Fascinating.

Located in Old Town Kotor, this is a really gorgeous little Hotel, with yet another close bathroom quarters, could prove interesting finding room for the knees once again on the loo 🤣

Kotor is bit of a cross between Dubrovnik and Venice, beautiful little alleyways with lots of marble walkways and eating plazas. Getting more than our fair share of Gelato in !!

Studio with Balcony

Firstly, I need to say that Antonio such a sweet guy and makes you feel very welcomed. A great host!

The apartment itself is beautiful, just a bit dark. But hey, you are in the middle of the old town with its narrow cobbled streets, which is also the beauty of Kotor. 

I didn't use the kitchenette, but it's useful to have in case you want to cook your own meal once or twice.

The bathroom is small, but it was ok for me.

I would definitely recommend this property.

We stayed here for 3 nights and booked a double room with with a balcony (some of their rooms do not have a balcony). 

Before arrival, I was in touch with Laura to confirm our arrival time. I booked through Booking.com and so we exchanged numbers and were able to use WhatsApp easily. 

We arrived into Tivat airport which is about 7km from Kotor and Laura arranged for a taxi to meet us from our flight (it was no more expensive doing it this way).   The taxi driver was there to meet us and then took us to Tabacina/north gate entrance to the old town. From there is about a 3 min walk to apartment. You will see the wine bar and then the entrance to the wine house apartment is the first right lane after the wine bar and first door on right. Taxi cost 15 euros which we confirmed with the driver before setting off from Tivat airport. It was about a 25 min drive (the traffic is bad but distance short).’

Laura was there to meet us and so lovely - friendly and helpful. Her English is a excellent and she helped us with anything we needed.  She wasn’t always at the reception area of these apartments but was very responsive to what’s app messages. 

We loved the accomm- our room was up a couple flights of stairs which was fine for us as we didn’t have much luggage.  The room was very clean and nicely decorated. A good sized cupboard to hang clothes, plenty of electric sockets and a small kitchenette. We didn’t cook in the room and can’t really imagine doing this - there are so many places to eat. However we did have breakfast there and bought a couple things to eat. There was a fridge, kettle and utensils.  WiFi was good - strong signal with no issues. 

Yes the bathroom is small. There really ain’t much room to sit on the toilet but it didn’t bother us at all. The shower was small but fine and actually they had made good use of a small space and there were plenty of shelves to store toiletries.  A hairdryer was supplied. 

The balcony was small but enough room for 2 chairs and you could sit and watch the world go by downstairs.  

We weren’t bothered by the outside noise. We generally go to bed early and once the windows were closed (double glazed) you could hear a little outside noise but not much and I would expect that from any accommodation in the old town anyway. I actually like to hear the noise of others outside, music etc. 

There is everything you need in the local streets in the old town - bars, restaurants, pharmacy, souvenirs etc. 

We left early in the morning and early checkout was easy as we could leave keys in box outside. 

I’d certainly be happy to stay here again. Thanks Laura - you were a great host!
