We had an excellent stay at Hotel National Park in Sauraha. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly helpful from start to finish - they arranged all of our safaris, including walking, jeep, and canoe tours, and handled everything smoothly. One of the things we appreciated most was how accommodating they were with last-minute changes. We needed to switch a full-day safari to a half-day, and they took care of it without any hassle. The hotel is family-run, and you can really feel the care and personal touch in everything they do. They also provided convenient lifts to and from all activities, including bus pick-up and drop-off, which made our trip even easier. A special shout-out to Suraj, who was especially helpful throughout our stay. The location is great - just a short walk into town for food and exploring, yet still peaceful and close to nature. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Chitwan/Sauraha! 🐘🌿
