The service was great - I spoke with three different people over the time of our stay, and they were all friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I liked that there was a large mirror on the wall in the living area - always useful not to have to wait for the bathroom mirror. 
Most rooms are off a walkway that is a few steps up off the ground - even the "ground" floor. Wasn't a problem for us, but if you're specifying the "ground floor" hoping you won't have to lift heavy suitcases up stairs, there are still 3-4 wooden steps.

Would Stay Again

We had a one night stay after our late night flight from Sydney. It was really great to see such a well maintained very clean two story apartment with all home comforts on arrival. Will be keeping this place in mind for all future trips to Auckland.

Comfortable, clean and well maintained apartments, very close to airport

We had a two story apartment which accommodated four people. The beds were comfortable, facilities were good and enjoyed the luxury of a spa bath. The Motel is on a busy road, close to the airport but found it quiet at night.

We had a great stay for one night. I was relieved on seeing our room and that it was spacious, clean and was well stocked eg. a fan for a hot day! Even though its right by the motorway you don't get the road noise. Friendly man in the office who showed us a different room for our next visit (larger group). Nice beds. The shower was the only negative, it didn't have a lot of pressure, but still pretty good.

Clean, comfortable & easy to find

Pros: close to Manukau City Centre, and just yards from motorway exit. Comfy beds. Fridge

Cons: No A/C (but heating). No mechanical ventilation. "Full" kitchen has no oven and no convection MW (but standard MW).
