We've been staying at the hotel this week as we are working long days locally and I arrived at the hotel on a quiet Sunday afternoon. I was greeted by Mandy, who couldn't have done enough to make sure that we had everything we needed. Not only did she help us with local directions, advice on where to eat and socialise, transport links, a bit of history of the area but she also took the time to arrange for our room to be adjusted and also for some bikes to be made available so we could have a little tour of the town. All this with a great big smile on her face and whilst dealing with the requirements of other customers who came to the desk. If this young lady doesn't deserve a raise, I don't know who does. She's an asset to your company.
