The hotel coped admirably with the terrible behaviour of a company booking on our behalf, and made us feel very welcome while the mess was sorted out, even though they had no obligation to do so. Eventually we were given the keys to a lovely spacious suite with kitchenette and our stay after that was very relaxing. The hotel was peaceful, with a nice area for breakfast, and it is handily situated for the long drive north.
