I experienced excellent customer service when I knew I would arrive a day early and in the morning sent a message to ask if I could check in to my cabin that same day and stay two nights. I received a phone call that morning and my booking was moved to a different cabin which was available for two nights and received full refund for the other cabin. Everything was taken care of in 15 minutes over the phone and I could enjoy my day knowing I had a place to stay. The cabin was very nice and clean. No running water or bathroom not both close nearby. I could park my car right outside my cabin door. Both the food and service at the restaurant was also top notch! I was travelling alone with my dog in the middle of a heat wave and could not leave my dog unattended in the cabin or car (both too hot) and was allowed to order at the restaurant with my dog in my arms and eating outside. I fully enjoyed my stay here. To me good service and kind people who make you feel welcome are far more important than fancy high tech cabins.
