We stayed here for 2 nights. The room rates are very reasonable and we weren't entirely sure what to expect, but were very pleased with our stay. Our room was small (as advertised, we booked a small double) but very comfortable and clean, we slept well. I was very impressed to find Rituals luxury shampoo/handwash in the bathroom! We had a lovely view of the water from our room. The hotel has shared kitchen areas which are available to guests, with kettle, microwave, fridge and utensils - this was a really good idea and we made use of them to make drinks and snacks. Breakfast was a limited selection but plenty available and tasty. I would have enjoyed if some baked beans were available with the hot breakfast selection. Staff were friendly, and there was plenty of parking. Jorpeland is a lovely location, close to Preikestolen, and not far from Kjerag too. Quite a few restaurants nearby, and a supermarket. We also used the Heit floating sauna which is just a few minutes walk from the hotel. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
