Amazing and very welcoming kiting hosts offer great service in this magical family owned place.  They will make you feel home.  If you are a kiter, even better! They have a kiting school and store with some apparel made by themselves!!!  Rooms are large and comfortable.  Side on-shore beach for launching, best kite spot in beautiful windy Paracas!!!

Best accomodation and kite spot in paracas

Villa Kite is a two story condo a 5 minute drive from downtown Paracas. It's location makes it ideal for those seeking a quiet place to relax by the ocean. Paracas has not been discovered by many travelers yet, so you can enjoy a private walk down the long beach seeing many different birds, such as pelicans and flamingos. 
     The owners are Jorge and his wife Fabby. They live on the second floor, and rent out the bottom three rooms. Each room has an ocean view, wifi, bathroom with hot water, mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, coffee mugs, spoons, wine glasses, additional inside seating, and outdoor patio. Secure covered parking, a charcoal grill, covered picnic tables, a pool, outdoor loungers, and a volleyball net are also on the grounds.
     We stayed in the first room, which had a firm, but comfortable queen size bed. A breakfast of tea or instant coffee, fresh, warm rolls, and spreads was available from 9 to 10. Good coffee is very hard to find in Paracas and other areas of Peru. Towels, soap, and toilet paper are provided. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and beach towels. Bugs were not a problem here as it is very windy (considered one of the best places on earth to kite surf!), but bring sunscreen. The water in Peru is not potable, so you will need to buy bottles of it as well. There are many great places to eat in Paracas, and Jorge is very helpful on making recommendations. You can also purchase things at mini markets in town. 
     *Jorge is fluent in Spanish and English and is a very kind man. He was essential in making our week stay here everything we wanted. He can email you directions to help find his place and helped us clear up some things with our non-English speaking car rental company.(Don't rent a car in Peru. It is very dangerous to drive here and extremely difficult in Lima.) Jorge has friends around town, so he can get you deals on kite surfing, boat tours, kayaking, ect. I could go on and on about how helpful he was.
    To conclude, Paracas has beautiful sights, wildlife like sea lions, flamingos, and penguins, secluded beaches, and adventurous excursions like renting dune buggies, ATVs, sand surfing, kayaking, and kite surfing. Villa Kite is the place to stay to feel removed from any and all concerns.

For those wanting a quiet place to relax

A real gem in Paracas. Jorge was wonderful and helped us plan our time here, plugging is in with everybody we needed to know. A great value compared to the other big hotel and resort options. Our room was comfortable, very well put together and nice. Steps to the beach, a bit off the beaten path but very nice and relaxing.

This vacation rental bungalow is located in a beautiful and exclusive part of the bay, next to the big hotels. It has a beautiful bay view terrace, perfect for a relaxed and romantic view of the bay throughout the day.
