We had an amazing stay at this hotel in a perfect central location in Porto. We stayed for three nights in Room IV, which was spotless, spacious, and beautifully furnished — everything you could hope for in a room. The staff were exceptional from our first interaction to our departure. We were especially well looked after by the lovely Susannah, who truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. Breakfast was fantastic, with plentiful choices that were fresh and beautifully prepared each morning. I would highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely return. Thank you for a fantastic few days in your lovely hotel and wonderful city.
