This treatment and prevention facility is an architectural ensemble of four-story buildings connected by a common gallery. Building #7, built on the shore of the Pyalovskoye Reservoir, is 2 km from the main building. It is open year-round.

Guests are offered a buffet-style meal three times a day. A barbecue area and a café are also available on site. Guests have access to an indoor swimming pool with a children's section, a spa center, a tennis court, a gym, a sports hall, bowling, billiards, a cinema, a banquet hall, and a conference hall accommodating up to 300 people. Summer and winter sports equipment is also available for rent.

The sanatorium's medical facilities offer a range of treatment and wellness programs, including climatotherapy, physiotherapy, mud and hydrotherapy, therapeutic exercise, and massage. The resort also has its own diagnostic facilities, a clinical laboratory, a dentist, and aesthetic and injection cosmetology services.

Rooms

Guests can choose from single and double rooms, superior rooms, and junior suites, all decorated in light colors and equipped with furniture, modern appliances, and a bathroom with a shower.
