Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 23:00. When booking for the dates from 12/30/25 to 01/02/26, an advance payment and a deposit of RUB 5000.00 for the safety of the property will be charged, which will be refunded upon check-out.
Early check-in and late check-out are available for an additional charge. Check-in before 12:00 PM will be charged for 1 day's stay, check-in between 12:00 PM and 03:00 PM will be charged for half a day's stay. Late check-out from 10:00 AM to 05:00 PM will be charged for half a day's stay, check-out after 05:00 PM will be charged for 1 day's stay. This extra service is provided by prior arrangement if the apartment is available.
Check-in to the apartment is done with the manager before 06:00 PM, after 06:00 PM it is possible to check in independently with 100% prepayment.
The apartment is rented to non-smoking guests only.
