Free parking is available on the premises. The courtyard of the complex features large and small swimming pools. The apartment is situated in a new building on the 5th floor of a seven-story house, offering panoramic city views.

Guests have at their disposal a studio apartment with an area of 36 sq. m, suitable for up to 4 people. The studio has a double bed measuring 150x200 cm and a sofa bed with a mattress measuring 150x200 cm. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi.
