Revital Park Sanatorium 

Well it was the first time we were visiting such a detox facility. It was recommended by our close family members who are frequent visitors and we decided to give it a try. We stayed for about a week. While staying there you can choose your treatments individually or choose a program that includes some treatments in it. My recommendation is to choose individually since the better treatments are not included in the programs they offer. Regarding the menu there are basically 2 options, diet menu or regular menu. I had the regular menu and I must admit that I very much enjoyed their traditional Russian cuisine. My wife had the diet menu which is obviously not as tasty but it gets the job done. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner are all served in their dining room. There is an option of dining in your room but that will cost you an additional 150rub per delivery. The property has a lake and a forest in it and its a great place to have regular walks. The only problem were the mosquitos that harvest around the lake that are very hard to bypass. Also VERY IMPORTANT is to keep your windows closed during the evening or Mosquitos will visit you in numbers!! Still, I think it's a seasonal thing and probably during the cooler time periods this is no such a hazard. Fitness is great and obviously all of the treatments are fantastic. My personal recommendation is the Sport Massage, although very painful, it is like anything I did before and the therapist Mr. Aleksandr will give you a lot of insight on many helpful do's and don'ts! Since we really ended up trying almost every treatment available, the stay turned out to be quite expensive. But still I am sure we will visit again one day as we really had a great time.
