Additional information
Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. In case of arrival after 12:00 AM, guests must call the hotel so that the reservation is not cancelled and clarify the arrival time. The price of an extra bed also includes meals, if provided for by the tariff.
The tour price includes:
accommodation in a room of the selected category;
meals according to the buffet/set menu system;
animation and entertainment programs.
In case of occupancy of less than 25 guests, meals are provided according to the set menu.
Breakfast 08:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
Lunch 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM.
Dinner 07:00 PM to 09:00 PM.
With the Half Board meal type, the hotel provides only breakfast and lunch without the possibility of changes.
Accommodation with pets: only cats and dogs are allowed, provided that veterinary documents of the established format are available. The pet must be no more than 50 cm at the withers. In the Standard and Standard Plus rooms, no more than one animal is allowed. In the suite room, no more than two animals are allowed.
Unlimited access to the pool.
A baby cot is provided free of charge. Children under 5 stay free of charge.
