Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Accommodation with animals is allowed only with dogs and only in the 4-room Cottage with view and with balcony.
The Veles FB rate includes:
Children aged 0-5 years old stay in a shared bed.
Breakfast, lunch, and dinner—buffet or set menu, with low-alcohol drinks available during lunch and dinner.
Secure parking outside the hotel.
Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
Daily entertainment program and access to children's and sports playgrounds: the Sokolyonok outdoor children's playground, and a games room in the bowling alley.
Wellness services (exercise).
By appointment:
1.5-hour access to the swimming pool with Finnish sauna and hammam from 8:30 AM to 8:30 PM — one visit per guest per day.
Gym (8:30 AM to 8:30 PM). Unlimited number of visits.
Billiards: 1 hour, 1 table (per room, per day).
Rental: 1 hour per guest per day, excluding tennis court and mini-golf.
Access to the Himalayan salt room: 40 minutes per guest, once per stay.
