The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

A 150-meter-long wooden staircase leads uphill from the parking lot to the houses; vehicle access is not possible.

The following services are available for an additional fee: cleaning and sauna.

It is necessary to contact the hotel via the number indicated in the voucher before the arrival.

Pets are not allowed.

Only children older than 3 years old are allowed, children under 6 years old are accommodated free of charge, children over 6 years old are accommodated at the cost of an adult guest.

For self-check-in, prior communication with the hotel is required. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation.

The cost of early check-in and late check-out up to 8 hours of additional residence time is 50% of the cost of one night, more than 8 hours - the cost of 1 night.

Upon arrival, guests pay a breakage deposit, which is refunded upon departure.
