Front desk is open 24/7. Maintenance work at the Aquapark: from November 5, 2026 to November 27, 2026.
The hotel swimming pools are closed for maintenance:
- Indoor pool (Building A) — from November 30, 2026 to December 14, 2026, inclusive;
- Outdoor pool (Building C) — from October 10, 2025 to May 31, 2026, inclusive;
- Indoor pool (25 m, Building C) — from September 20, 2026 to October 4, 2026, inclusive.
This work is part of scheduled maintenance to maintain established quality and safety standards. Once completed, the pool will be available for year-round use.
Scheduled renovations and finishing work will be carried out at the hotel from May 15, 2026.
On-site parking for hotel guests is available for a fee. Parking is available in the multi-level parking lot next to the Grand Hotel Polyana. You can return to the hotel grounds on foot or by electric car. A shuttle service is available depending on the season.

Maintenance dates may be adjusted depending on weather conditions.
Guests can order additional meals at the reception desk or in the restaurant.
Starting May 1, 2026, a fee for visiting the Sochi National Park will be introduced. The fee will be RUB 250.00.
Guests staying at the Grand Hotel Polyana and Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa do not need to purchase a ticket to the national park.
Confirmation is required:
- Upon arrival, present your booking confirmation;
- During your stay, present your guest card key.
A national park pass must be purchased in the following cases: when visiting the Pikhtovy slope, when ascending the Alpika slope, and in summer, when visiting Route 8A "Bear Gate Tract - Bzerpinsky Cornice - Kholodny Camp". |
