Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. From 01.04.2025 to 30.04.2025, the outdoor heated pool will be closed for maintenance. From 12.05.25 to 31.08.25, the indoor heated pool in the spa center will also be closed for maintenance.

Booking is canceled if guests do not call in before 04:00 AM.
The room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Charges apply to additional guests.

The cost for an extra bed in Executive suites with mountain views and in Superior one-bedroom apartments with access to the executive lounge is as follows:
