The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

Children under 6 years of age are accommodated free of charge. Meals for them are available at an additional cost.

In the period from 10.06 to 15.09 the hotel works only on an advance payment in the amount of the cost of 1 night stay, even if the booking is made exactly for 1 day. Refund is possible a week before arrival and earlier.

In the Standard category, all rooms have twin beds.
