It’s really great. Good environment, all day hot water and heating. Especially the breakfast is very nice. We spent three nights at sunrise, every breakfast is different and much better than restaurant. Recommend🥰

The location is very near the big rock (that is the seaside) and it's very near the supermarket and restaurants. the lady in charge is super helpful! Most people wanted to book those popular hotels. but hotel is really a hidden gem, nice, clean, spacious, quiet and convenient!

the door lock is a bit too tight to open and close. but all others are good in this hotel

What was bad
It’s quite ridiculous. During checkout, the landlord accused us of staining a towel and demanded 500 RUB as compensation—a situation I’ve never encountered before. The "stain" in question was barely visible (see photo), yet the landlord "miraculously" spotted it within a minute and confidently claimed it couldn’t be removed even with cleaning. I wonder how they could be so certain without prior "preparation." Either way, I’d advise future guests
