Clever House Apartments are located in the historical center of Kazan — at the intersection of pedestrian streets Bauman and Peterburgskaya, next to the Ploshchad Tukaya metro station. This category presents three apartments with different interior color schemes — when booking, guests can specify your preferences, and apartment staff will try to take them into account.

The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. There is a double bed with a mattress and a fold-out sofa bed. The kitchen is equipped with: hob, oven, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishes. The apartment also has air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, dryer, washing machine, water heater in case of water outage in summer, hygienic shower. Guests are provided with tea, sugar, salt, personal hygiene products, bed linen and towels. Wet cleaning with linen change is carried out once every 5 days upon request.
