The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

At the sanatorium, upon check-in, guests must present:

a voucher or a voucher confirming a reservation at the sanatorium;

a certificate of the epidermis, which is issued at the polyclinic at the place of residence, stating that the patient has not been in contact with infectious patients for 14 days (the certificate is valid for 3 days, not counting the time spent on the road);

for foreign citizens, a national passport, visa and migration card, and other documents are required, in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

For children under 18:

passport or birth certificate, power of attorney (consent) from legal representatives in case the child stays in a sanatorium without legal representatives;

certificate of a pediatrician or epidemiologist about the absence of contact between the child and infectious patients within 14 days (the certificate is valid for 3 days, not counting the time spent on the road);

vaccination certificate or vaccination card;

compulsory medical insurance policy;

health resort card.
