Rio Hotel 

I am very grateful for the receptionist in charge on January 2nd 2014 night. She was very helpful in checking out the places I intended to visit. Despite our language barrier, she did her very best to explain to me in English about the buses I needed to take, the time schedule, etc. with the help of (Google?) Translator. The next two receptionists on the next two days weren't like her at all. Something not so pleasant was the water heater seemed to work on a timer or something. Even though the water heater's light indicator was on, the water turned cold in the middle of my shower. On my first night I finished with cold freezing water. (It was like minus 28 degrees outside!) The next days I showered in a rush and managed to finish right when the water began to turn cold. Please note that when the water began to turn cold, I turned the tap to maximum hot, but didn't make any difference. The water will become hot again after approximately half an hour later. I suggest to put a clearer sign of "Yunkhe" on the property even in Russian, because from outside it didn't look like a hotel. I had a local help me find Yunkhe, but even he, couldn't easily spotted it out. Instead he asked me whether I was looking for a restaurant.
