I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel.
On the first day, we paid 7,500 RUB for the room. When we decided to extend our stay for one more night, the price suddenly increased to 10,000 RUB for the same room. There was no clear explanation for this price change.
Worse than that, at checkout we were told by the staff that we had to pay 20,000 RUB for “cleaning.” This was never mentioned before and was not written anywhere in the
