The houses are made in unique styles. The interior is focused on eco-friendly materials in light colors. The houses have a second light and a panoramic view. There is a 300-year-old barn board from Krasnoyarsk, the barn was decorated with items with more than a century of history. The upper room was made with special attention and love for the old Russian style. The house combines centuries-old traditions and a modern style with bright accents, using the signature decor of the Barkwood group of companies. There is natural fragrant larch shingles, dry pine floors. The highlight of the interior is an exhibition with a hand-carved wooden hut.

The house has everything for relaxation: two double beds, a TV, an Alice smart home, a wood-burning cast-iron fireplace, a shower, a bath with a panoramic view, a kitchen with all the accessories.

The territory of the house is separate, in the fresh air guests can use a sauna, a swimming pool, a bath tub, a barbecue complex, a fire pit, a children's playground, a recreation area with a summer cinema and board games. The price includes two hours in the sauna and unlimited access to a personal pool in the summer season.
