The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself.

The cost of living includes:

full board buffet;

SPA zone (pool 25 m, pool 70 m, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi);

gym, children's playroom, pls, xbox consoles, children's and adult animators;

table tennis.

Late check-out fee:

no more than 3 hours after checkout time (from 12:00 to 15:00) - hourly rate of RUB 500.00 per hour (rooms), RUB 800.00 per hour (Aristocrat cottage).
