Additional information
Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. From May 15 to November 2025 inclusive, the outdoor 50-meter pool will be closed for maintenance. The dates may be adjusted. During this time, alternative pools will be available on the hotel premises:
— indoor pool of building A (08:00 AM–08:00 PM);
— outdoor pool of building B (09:00 AM–08:30 PM);
— indoor pool of building C (07:30 AM–11:30 PM).
The work is carried out as part of scheduled maintenance to maintain established quality and safety standards. After completion of the work, the pool will be available for year-round use.
From 06.12.2024 car travelling in the Polana 1389 Hotel and Spa is possible only with winter tyres. It is forbidden to drive through the checkpoint to the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa.
The resort fee is charged from the second night of your stay.
It is possible to provide one extra bed in the room (for an adult or a child from 5 to 11 years old inclusive). The cost is calculated individually upon request at the hotel.
Parking services at the resort are paid for guests. Parking is provided in a multi-level parking lot next to the Grand Hotel Polyana. Guests can return to the hotel on foot or by using an electric car. Depending on the season, a shuttle runs.

Commercial operation of cable cars may be suspended due to weather conditions.
Guests can go up on the cable car. Tickets are purchased on the website, at the terminal or at the ticket office.
Resident guests can use the parking service for their personal car, at the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa Resort. The cost is RUB 300.00 per day per car. Payment at the reception desk.
Guests can use the cable car to enter the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa Resort for free using confirmation or by last name/passport.
A taxi for checking in guests can also take them to the Polyana 1389 Hotel and Spa Resort reception desk. The taxi driver and guests must contact the receptionist to arrange their departure. |
