The indoor pool in Building A will be closed from October 5, 2026, to October 18, 2026, and from November 30, 2026, to December 14, 2026, inclusive.
The Galaktika Water Park will be closed from November 9, 2026, to November 30, 2026, inclusive.
The A3 (3S) cable car will close for scheduled maintenance starting August 24, 2026, for an estimated period of 1.5 to 2 months.
Grand Hotel Polyana pool operating hours:
Indoor pool, 25 meters (Building C) — 09:00 AM to 08:30 PM.
Indoor pool, 19 meters (Building C) — 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM.
Outdoor pool, 50 meters (Building B) — 07:30 AM to 10:00 PM.
Scheduled renovation and finishing works will take place at the hotel starting May 15, 2026.

Resort cable car maintenance closure schedule*:
Psekhako II-A2 (Laura): November 9, 2026 — December 13, 2026;
Psekhako II-N (Laura): October 4, 2026 — start of the ski season;
Psekhako II-A3 (Laura): until the start of the ski season;
K1-K5 (Alpika): October 25, 2026 — November 2, 2026, and November 9, 2026 — December 13, 2026.

An admission fee for visiting the Sochi National Park applies starting May 1, 2026.
A national park ticket is required in the following instances: visiting the Laura slope, ascending the Alpika slope, and — during the summer season — visiting route 8A (Medvezhye Vorota Tract – Bzerpinsky Karniz – Kholodny Camp).
The admission fee for Sochi National Park is 300 RUB; tickets can be purchased online via the official website or at the lower cable car stations of Laura and Alpika. Concessionary rates are available for children under 18, large families, pensioners, persons with disabilities, and other eligible categories.
Accommodation with pets is permitted only upon prior arrangement with the hotel. Pets weighing no more than 8 kg and measuring no more than 35 cm at the withers are permitted for an additional fee. Accepted pets include cats, birds, and dogs of miniature breeds (excluding fighting breeds). Keeping wild animals is prohibited. Guide dogs are permitted. A maximum of one pet per room is allowed. Pet-friendly accommodation is available in specific room categories: Deluxe rooms (with or without a balcony) in Building C, and villas. Accommodation with pets in other room categories is not permitted. Guests must provide the pet's breed and height, as well as proof of vaccination recorded in the veterinary passport no more than 11 months prior to arrival. |
