Additional information
The requirements for documents needed at check-in depend on the type of accommodation and the applicable regulations. For hotels and other accommodation facilities, a Russian passport, an international passport, or a driver’s license may be accepted. For apartments, serviced apartments, and other properties where check-in or contract conclusion is carried out according to the rules of a specific property, the required documents are determined by the property itself. Front desk is open 24/7. According to Russian law, original identification documents are required for all guests staying in the room. The following documents are accepted: an internal Russian passport for guests aged 14 and over; a birth certificate for children from 0 to 14 years old; an international Russian passport; or a driver’s license.
The spa center is open from 08:00 to 22:00. The spa complex can be visited by children aged 7 and above, but only if accompanied by an adult over 18 years old. One adult may accompany no more than two children and is fully responsible for them, confirming this by signing the corresponding document.
Accommodation with pets is only possible with prior approval from the hotel and under the following conditions:
- Dogs or cats, including guide dogs or service dogs, are allowed, provided the animal’s weight does not exceed 15 kg, its height at the withers does not exceed 35 cm, and no more than two animals are allowed per room.
- Pets must be transported around the hotel in a carrier, special container, with a muzzle, or on a leash.
- The cost of accommodation for a pet is RUB 1000.00 per night per animal.
- Guests are also required to pay a security deposit of RUB 7000.00 to cover any possible damage to hotel property. The deposit will be refunded if no damage is found after check-out. |
