The guest house has a closed courtyard with a canopy, under which there are benches and tables for relaxing and eating. There is a parking lot for cars with video surveillance. The entrance to the guest house, its external and internal territories, as well as the parking lot, are fully illuminated at night and are under video surveillance.

In all rooms of the guest house: Wi-Fi and air conditioning, furniture, single beds, 43-inch Smart TV, mini-fridge, kettle and a bathroom with a toilet, washbasin and a meter-long shower.
