Stayed at ArtHall Hotel for two nights during my recent trip to Mt. Elbrus. I dealt with two different staff at the counter. One spoke alright English and the other, no English. They both were very helpful. Hotel was clean and bedrooms were very nice. Appeared to have been remodeled in the recent past. Bed was semi-comfortable and bathroom was nice.
