Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. Guests are kindly requested to contact the apartment manager in advance on the phone number provided in the booking confirmation, or inform the website support team of their estimated arrival time.
Late check-in and early check-out are possible at the current rate on the day of arrival, subject to prior arrangement with the management and availability of free rooms.
Reservations made on the day of arrival after 10:00 PM without confirmation from the apartment are considered invalid.
The stay of non-resident guests at the Osobnyak 1830 hotel is limited to the hours between 08:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
Conditions for visits of guests who do not live in apartments: no more than 3 people for one-room apartments; no more than 4 people for two-room apartments. Over a certain number of people — an additional fee of RUB 1500.00 per guest is charged. The time of stay is from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
Events are prohibited.
The deposit is returned on the day of check-out after cleaning.
Daily scheduled cleaning of rooms is carried out, without washing dishes.
The availability of parking spaces must be clarified with the administrator in advance.
Children under 5 years old are accommodated without a place with their parents and without meals.
In all room categories, meals are provided only to guests occupying the main beds. For one-room apartments, meals are provided for up to three guests; for two-room apartments, meals are provided for up to four guests. |
