To main door close at night so that you can't get in or out at night! As a foreign tourist, the process to enter the room was so complex! They send you a url in SMS to enter a russian website and upload your passports and take a selfy with it. The process took alot of time! Also it's mentioned in the app that they can speak English and Russian but when I called them they don't speak russian. I stayed there for 1 days. There was no hot water. The

they have a ridiculous policy that no one can enter or exit the hotel between 11:45 and 5 a.m. it's a hotel not a prison so stupid. I was at a business party and realized I have to be at the hotel by 11:45 otherwise I could have stated a bit longer
