Additional information
Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. For the convenience of guests, contactless check-in is organized in the apartment at any time of the day, the door is equipped with an electronic smart lock, entrance by individual code.
Early check-in/late check-out is possible by prior agreement and for an additional fee.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, the fine for smoking is RUB 5000.00.
It is forbidden to hold noisy events and parties in the apartment. For violation of the rule, immediate eviction occurs, a fine of RUB 5000.00 is charged.
Pets are not allowed.
The penalty for late departure is RUB 5000.00.
The daily price includes a 3-hour sauna stay. For an additional fee, guests will be provided with an oak broom for steaming and essential oils, as well as cleaning the steam room after the broom. Additionally, the time of using the sauna is provided for a fee (remote control of the electric furnace unit) and is discussed individually.
The administration is not responsible for the disconnection of water and electricity due to the fault of the management company or city networks. |
